The favourite thing about working for Penna is definitely the relationships you get to build with your clients. I genuinely enjoy going to see them each day.

• What are your “Hobbies and Interests?”

Animals! Particularly cats and the other pets I own. I also enjoy reading (mostly crime related), yoga and going out for coffee with my friends.

Working as part of team.
Being able to work on a flexible contract. Knowing that a person is able to stay living in their own home with support from carers. Rewarding job.

I opened the business with Tracey so we could provide a high quality service within our local community. We employ staff that we feel work to our values and can enhance the lives of our clients. I get great satisfaction from knowing that we are helping people stay at home and our team treat our clients like they are family.

My hobbies are spending time with my family and friends. Walking, camping and crafts.
