Statement of Purpose
It is the aim of Penna Homecare is to deliver personal care and associated domestic care to clients to an excellent standard. By providing this best care it will assist in enabling clients to stay in their own homes. We aim to ensure that the service is delivered flexibly, attentively and in a non-discriminatory fashion, whilst respecting each client’s rights to independence, privacy, dignity, and the right to make informed choices.
Each client will have an individualised care plan developed to support their needs to allow them to stay as independent as possible and have a good quality of life, thus enabling them to live life to their full potential.
Penna Homecare will provide a support network to the client and their families, liaising with other professionals and organisations if the need arises to ensure the best for clients. This will be achieved through measures such as organising appropriate equipment to promote independence whilst maintaining a safe environment for both the client and the carers.
We understand the need for care to be available at very short notice and aim to carry out assessments urgently if needed. We will be able to provide comprehensive care from a half hour period to 24 hour care, for both short term arrangements and long term. We are also able to provide support for clients when being discharged from hospital to assist in the rehabilitation phase, this can continue until client confidence is restored or health has improved.
