Ten years ago Sarah and Tracey founded this business to provide high quality care to clients living at home and that is exactly what we all do, day in day out, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Penna has grown over the years and we have a fantastic company, staff and clients.

We are looking forward to the next chapter as there are lots of new things in the pipeline.

We recently won ‘Provider of the Year’ award for Gloucestershire which is a massive achievement and something we are all very proud of.

Penna would not be where it is today without the dedicated staff and clients we have had over the years and the present team.

Zara is doing a fantastic job leading the care team to develop their skills and knowledge to provide the best care for our lovely clients (some of which have been with us since the beginning of Penna)

Louisa is managing the office team and keeping everything up together amazingly, which is no easy feat!

With the help of all our brilliant carers that always go above and beyond we are proud to be at the 10 year mark.
