Today we mark the nine year anniversary of Michaela joining Penna.
Michaela came to us nine years ago with a small amount of experience in a care home. During that time Michaela has developed her skills and training to become a Team Leader but recently stepped down when returning from maternity leave. Now works on the team of bank carers around her family.
Well done Michaela and thank you for your dedication over the past nine years. Here’s to many more years with us
