I love working for Penna as there is a variety of clients and getting to know them and their unique little quirkes, each call is different and you actually have time to give good care and time to have a conversation with the client. Double up's actually are always double ups so the client is never in danger. The office are very very responsive when you are out and about. Training is done properly with competencies to make sure we are working correctly to keep us and the clients safe.
