I love working for Penna as there is a variety of clients and getting to know them and their unique little quirkes, each call is different and you actually have time to give good care and time to have a conversation with the client.

I love spending time with my dog and partner exploring and training, I'm a proper dog lover and have a cockatiel. I love going to concerts and try and attend as many as I can. I enjoy going to the cinema, out for meals and having friends round with the partner for a classic horror film.
