Providing quality person centred care….

The delivery of care can take many forms, ranging from companionship to full personal care on a daily basis. Regardless of the form the content of that care always needs to be delivered to a client based on their specific needs.

This picture shows that philosophy in action. Here is Tracey spending quality time with a client reading him the Blind Veterans Society monthly newsletter. He really enjoys the newsletter and of course needs the specific care assistance that Tracey is giving. Care is only really meaningful if it delivers on what a person’s individual circumstances and needs are, and it’s something we try and achieve with every visit to a client.
