At Penna everyone who comes to work for us has to obtain their Care Certificate. Recently we are really pleased to announce that team member Victoria, successfully obtained hers. The Certificate is an identified set of standards that health and social care workers adhere to in their daily working life, and it gives everyone the confidence that these workers have the skills, knowledge and behaviours to provide compassionate, safe and high quality care and support. 15 standards have to be met to get the certificate so it requires hard work and commitment to achieve it. Victoria has worked hard and been totally committed to progressing, and we are sure that track will continue for her here at Penna.
